Mineral insulate heating cable's heating element is resistance wire. Magnesium is insulating body, metal shell is outer protection bush. Because the resistance wire have different electric resistance, it can make the different output power. It's current generates heat through heating core resistance paralleling connecting the power.
Working principle and characteristic of products
The mineral insulate heating cable is formed with metal alloy heating core body, compactness wrapped with the high density magnesium oxide insulate layer, metal protection bush, produced by several times anneal and drawn. Generally this outer protection bush of heating cable is formed by copper or stainless steel, so it has the characteristics at explode-proof, fire prevention, thermostability, low temperature resistant, corrosion preventive, better mechanic character, long working life, etc. It is widely use in maintain high temperature, high temperature explore which exceed the limit of organic polymer insulate heating cable. The electric resistance structure can provide a pipe line heating tracer up to 1.6km from one power point.
The mineral insulate heating cable constant output power, same at every point, no voltage descend full line and constant. It can't cut freely at site. It can be used in the normal and explode proof area.

Dielectric performance--- Heating cable withstand voltage:1200V AC/1min
Insulate electric resistance -- Test of final products: 100MΩ/500V DC
