IESP Series-Industrial Smoke Purification Electrostatic Precipitator applies to many kinds of production lines: PVC product, rubber product, stenter frame, fabric textile, printing and dyeing, Metal welding, laser cutting etc. To collect and purify smoke and fumes, grinding dust, oil mist, power dust, solvent odors, solder smoke and other types of pollutants.
The function of the equipment is to solve the long-term factories exhaust& emission problems and recycle the valuable oil called DOP during production process. And the fume removal rate can reach over 96.4%. The retrieved DOP oil can be used or sold. That can effectively help factories save cost and solve the pollution problem.

Quality control:
100% of the electrostatic precipitator will be tested and keep working for 72 hours to test its formal operation. Each component should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
