HEBEI SHUANGHU ACCESSORIES Co., Ltd was founded in 2005, its predecessor is Hebei Beifang Motorcycle Accessories Factury, which was founded in 1990.
With 26 years efforts continuously, we′ve become an enterprise with certain scale, automatical production lines like the cathode electrophoresis production line, automatically painting production line etc, with many modern equipments like die-casting machine, furnace baking equipment, digital controlled lathe, punching and mould′s R&D etc. We can provide one-stop solution from the products design, factory sourcing and manufacturing to quality control and shipping.
We are professional in petrol and electric 3-wheelers and electric cars′ brake accessories. Our main products are front drum brake; Rear drum brake which include mechanical, hydraulic; Brake shoes, brake drum and brake parts like brake cam&arm, wheel cylinder etc. For petrol tricycle′s drum brake, We are the biggest processing and producing factury in China. About 90% of our products are the nominated products of the famous three wheeler manufacturer like Zongshen/Foton/Loncin etc. Our market covers about 50citis in China, And also export to Vietnam, Korea, India etc.
We located in Hejian city Hebei province, near to Cangbao expressway, only about 1hour to Beijing or Tianjin by car. We occupy the area of 46622 square meters, employs more than 450 workers, 4 engineers, 20 technicists. With modernized workshops, production line as well as professional equipments, our annual capacity of drum brakes is about 5 million, the brake shoes is about 3.5 million. The lead time is about 15-20days.
We have passed ISO 9001: 2008, The friction material we produced has been passed the test made by the national quality supervision and inspection center, and awarded the national industrial production license. Under the strict inspection system and with complete test machines, the quality of our products can be proved.
