The company′s goal for law enforcement is to provide solutions to the challenges they face that ultimately saves lives. These solutions include their state of the art GPS/CDMA assisted device that attaches to an Offender′s ankle which allows for detection of that individual in heavily obstructed environments like buildings, tunnels, heavy foliage or between skyscrapers. This device is unlike any device in the industry and should not be confused with typical GPS monitoring devices. It is the only stand-alone unit that does not require a base unit, phone line, belt clips or battery packs. When an Offender wears a Sky Detective Ankle Device, one or more inclusion or exclusion zones can be programmed so that law enforcement would be notified when the Offender was approaching the zones, and an alert sent when he/she actually entered it. Inclusion zones can be set to limit a Parolee′s movements, thus avoiding the overcrowding of prisons and the necessity of building more. Exclusion zones can also keep gang members from converging and thereby not able to form gangs, keep sex offenders away from schools and playgrounds, or create a safety net for victims of violent crimes. The community takes comfort in knowing Offenders are being monitored and controlled.
