Equipment basic working principle:
After the module assembly process is completed, the equipment is used to automatically load the system,
and then sent to the welding area through the automatic feeding system. The welding head system

equipment operator takes out the welded module and sends it to the next production process.

This machine combined two machines: the sticking machine and the sorting machine.
The two machines connected by convey and running fully automaticlly.
The sticking machine is used for sticking highland barley paper on positive terminal of the cell for protection and insulation.
The Battery Sorting Machine is mainly used for internal-resistance(IR) and voltage testing, and sort the cells to different channels according to the setting. Why need sorting machine?
When the batteries arrive at the battery pack factory, even the same batch of batteries may have different parameters(IR, Voltage), especially when the batteries come from some infeasible suppliers. When assemble the battery into a battery pack, we hope that the battery of the same battery pack has the same parameters(IR, Voltage) as much as possible, so that the performance of the battery pack will be better and more balanced.
How sorting machine works?
The battery sorting machine is composed of mechanical structure, feeding system, test system, control system, etc. First, put the battery into the bin, the battery roller drives the battery to the test position, the test probe contacts the positive and negative poles of the battery, the tester reads the internal resistance and voltage of the battery, the detector transmits the test results to the controller, and the controller puts the batteries with different parameters into different channels according to the settings.1) Combined the sticking machine and sorting machine
