Brief introduction:
High frequency welded tube & pipe making machines can produce round, square, rectangular pipes in outside diameter of 8-273mm and in wall thickness of 0.4-10.0mm.
In the process, metal strip from a coil is brought into a series of rollers which progressively form it into a tube shape and the longitudinal seam of the tube is resistance welded using the heat concentrated on the welding area brought by using the high frequency electric current.

Characteristics:
1. No filler metal used, no effect on chemical composition of pipe
2. Fast speed, ideally suitable for mass production
