2. How to place a order?
 
-Firstly, please send us the files, we will check it first,
 
-And then make a sample for your confirmation,
 
-When the samples are approved , 40%-50% deposit are needed to start the mass printing,
 
-Once the books are ready, we will send you final books sample, or mass products pictures for double check,
 
-Delivery will be arranged after the rest balance.


3. FAQ
 
1)When can I get the price?
 
We will quote within 24 hours after the detailed inquiry. If the book is very urgent, 
please call us or email us, and we will  quote you priority. 
 
2)How can I get a sample to check your quality?
 
After the roughly quotation,we can provide samples for your checking the quality.  
If only a blank sample needed to check the design and paper quality, the sample is free, 
you only need to take care of the shipping cost.
 
3)How long can I expect to get the sample?  
 
  Usually, we need about 2-3days for a perfect binding sample, for hardcover book with sewn binding sample,
we need about 5-7days. Please make sure the size&file are all correct. 
 
4)What about the lead time for mass production?
 
 Usually, depends on the order quantity and the time you place the order.         Generally speaking, 8-10days for perfect binding book within 5000pcs.12-16days for hardcover book within 5000pcs.
 If have finishing such as stamping/Deboss/emboss/UV. Add 2 days.
