B-Material and surface treatment: SS304/SS316L, inner surface with mirror polishing level is up to Ra0.4um.Outer surface adopts matte polishing.
C-Jacket and insulation:Coil pipe jacket/ dimple jacket jacket for heating/cooling,Perlite cotton/PU foam insulation .
D-Configuration: according to client's requirements, can be with agitator, digital temperature probe, level display, CIP cleaing ball , aseptic aire filter, quick opening manhole , inlet&outlet and so on.
E-Vent filter:The 0.22um vent filter with hydrophobicity is installed. The filter can be heated for sterilization.
F-Sanitary connections:All the connections of the nozzles are adopted sanitary fast connections, which are easy connected with CIP, SIP system. With simple structure, easy cleaning, corrosion proof.
G-Standard:The storage tank is designed according to the pharmaceutical industry cleaning factory design specifications, it is met the GMP standard.
According to client's requirements, the tank can be automaticl control the level and temperature.
