Shaanxi Tefico Petroleum Mechanical and Electric New Technology Co., Ltd. is located at Baoji city, Shaanxi Province which is the largest oil drilling production base. Our company enjoys an advantage of product railway line transportation such as Longhai, Baocheng railway which link the national railways and all major seaports in China.
With a 30 million RMB registered capital, our company has an over RMB 90 million asset. We are a manufacturer that produces and develops the drilling equipment in designing and manufacturing. We produce various F-mud pumps, pump fitting, complete drilling rigs (1000m-7000m), workover rig, truck-mounted drilling rig and drawworks, transmission system, mast, substructure, crown block, rotary table for oilfield. And also, we are engaged in the sales of drilling equipments, oilfield technical service, inspection and maintenance of rigs, inspection of drilling tools, casing at home and abroad.
Our company has 180 staff employees, of whom are 13 senior engineers, 20 engineers, 4 economists and over 95 technicians.
We have technology Department, Sale and Service Department, Manufacturing Department, Quality Control department and Management Department. What′s more, our company registered a China Private Petroleum Service Co., Ltd. In Hong Kong which is mainly responsible for the sale of rigs and oilfield technical service of our international projects.
It covers an area of over 70000m2, of which the factory area is 16200m2; The office area is 3500m2. The manufacturing department consists of machining workshop, assembling workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop and packaging workshop. The assembling site covers a 26000m2 area so that six sets of rigs can be assembled at the same time. Furthermore, we have 53 machining equipment, 42 plug weld devices and 1 test-bed part of rig.
Most of the rigs are delivered to DaQing, ShengLi, ChangQing, north of Shaanxi oilfield. Besides, international business cooperation of our company develops rapidly rely on the industry experience and long-term oversea work experience. At present, we have participated in oil projects in Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Yemen, Niger, Iran, India, and other Middle East countries, and already made a lot achievement.
Our corporation passed the quality system attestation of ISO9001 in 2004, and API Spec 4F, API Spec 7K in 2008. The certificate Nos. Is 4F-0163 and 7K-0161.
