Pressure Safety Valve

Pressure relief valve is a type of auto valve which automatically lifts to discharge fluid of rated relieving capacity when system pressure exceeds the preset value, and when the pressure decreases to normal value, the valve recloses to stop discharging. It is an important device of pressured vessel and process system, and widely used in the fields of aerospace, petro chemistry, energy, medicine, metallurgy, etc.. As its performance and reliability is very important for the safety and the stable operation of equipment, it must be strictly designed, material-selected, manufactured and tested according to the related standards (such as ASME codes, API standards), and strict quality control must be adopted during the full process.
To meet the demands for high performance pressure relief valves manufactured in accordance with international standards in various fields, we have developed HT series pressure relief valve with the help of China Corporation of Petro chemistry Industry, previous Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Labor and relative plants since 1980s.
HT series pressure relief valve was strictly designed, manufactured, tested and acceptance checked in accordance with API standards and ASME codes. The inner structure of valve, along with the design, manufacture and process method of critical parts are designed by utilizing mature experiences from aerospace technology which has been accumulated for more than 50 years. In May 1997, examined and verified by Space Quality Certificate Commission, the products were granted "China Space Mark Product". And in Sept.1999, as first batch manufacturer, we are acquired the certificate of "safety registration "which is issued by China State Bureau of Quality & Technology Supervision. In 2012, the HT series pressure relief valve has reached international standard among peers by obtaining the ASME UV certification. In August 2015, HT series pressure relief valve got GB/T19001-2008/
ISO9001:2008 quality system certification. Now our products have been applied by hundreds of domestic corporations, national important construction projects and technical improvement projects, and our products are got of high reputation.
Our institute is the commission entity of National Engineering Research Center for Special Pump and Valves, and has top-ranking pressure relief valve performance test facilities for air, water, liquid ammonia, and steam services, which can meet various requirements on safety valve performance tests of various industries and standards home and abroad.

· The solid nozzle is screwed into the body, which makes the maintenance easy.· The shape of the disc holder has been designed to enhance the effect of the fluid thrust for an instant lift of the disc.

· Blow down control is provided with adjustable nozzle ring only.

· The design, manufacture and performance all meet requirements of the ASME Vlll, and capacity has been authenticated by NBBl.

· Choose disc holder, guide sleeve and adjusting screw appropriately and ensure reliability and abrasion resistance of valve parts.

· The surface of both the disc and the nozzle seat are deposited with satellite.

· The bellows of balanced bellows pressure relief valves can not only avoid the effect of variable back pressure in the system, but also protect spring and other trim components from corrosive media.
