Apply magnetron sputtering technology with planar cathode or rotary cylinder cathode which can set different kinds of targets and expand the plant application.
Use DC or MF sputtering power source that can coat metallic film or dielectric film etc
Automatic control system, from glass cleaning, coating, flow coating and heating, all the processes are finished automatically which decrease labor intensity consumedly.
The plant can be equipped with diffusion pumps or molecular pumps according to the customer's product orientation and investment scale which guarantee high efficiency and quality coating products.
