Tianjin Tanggu Valve Co., Ltd (TVT) owns more than 1000 employees. There are 117 members in the R&D deparment including 15 senior engineers. TVT has more than 400 sets equipments covering almost 50 sets heavy equipments. On the independent basis of R&D, designing and manufacturing capacity focused on all grades of valves, TVT has been awarded the national secondary enterprise, and has also obtained the approval from DNV Quality management systems ISO9001 in 1993. The main range of our products covers dual clamp butterfly valve, flanged butterfly valve, metal-seated butterfly valve, check valve, gate valve, air control valve, ball valve, reducing valve and so on.
Our products sell well to all over China and find a good sale in U. S. A., Germany, Australia, Taiwan, and Hongkong etc. Enjoying a good reputation for excellent quality. The annual production output is more than 5000 metric tons, with the turnover reaching RMB 200 million. We has ever imported the midline butterfly valve technology from Mark international control company from USA., and then was awarded one of the 500 largest industrial enterprises in 1995. The origin was located at No. 5 Yongtai Road Tanggu. Now we have removed to No. 228, Yanshan Road, Marine Hi-Tech Development Area, Tanggu, Tianjin because of national land acquisition. So we updated a new integrated office building for Research & Development, a modernized workshop, also many sophisticated manufacturing equipments. All of these lead to the increasing of production capacity by 3000 metric tons, and the output value by RMB 50 million. According to the national regulation, Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant was restructured to Tianjin Tanggu Valve Co., Ltd in 2004. We will do our best to creat value for global customers with a new look.
