DESCRIPTION:
1- CK5263 remains the one piece gantry structure. For CKQ5280, its base and column are manufactured separately, by horizontal adjustment of foundation to ensure geometric accuracy of the machine.
2- With constant flow hydrostatic guideway worktable, outside independent large capacity oil tank, and oil cooling machine keeping the oil temperature constant to reduce thermal deformation of worktable.
3-For main transmission, using 2-speed or 4-speed. Customer also can choose AC frequency conversion/AC servo/DC servo motor.
4- Principal encoder can be equipped as an option for thread machining.
5- Different loading capacity worktable models for customer's choice. Customers are convenient to buy the suitable machine at lowest cost.
6- Equipped standardly tool checking instrument for easy machining of large workpiece. And customer can choose the grinding principal spindle for the machine.
7- Different section size and type of tool carrier for customer's choice.
