High speed corrugated paperboard production line 3/5/7layer.
Complete corrugated paperboard production line is compose of shaftless mill roll stand, fingerless type single facer( vacuum suction type), preheater, double bridge ,gluer machine, double facer machine, cut off machine, slitter scorer machine, stacker and glue making system.

This production line is suitable for large quanity automatized manufactuing and it can produce good quality corrugated cardboard which can meet national standard completely.Higher productivity ,better paper board quality . adoption of central control system .simple and easy operation ,convenient to repair and maintance,reliable and safe,greatly lower degree of manpower requirement. This production line adopts the most update source-saving mode which ge heat from the high -tempeture guiding oil.Compared with the steam heating,it reduce the source by 60% so that cut the cost effectively . It is economical ideal product and suitable for big and medium carton manufacturer.
1.The whole length of the machine is 60 meters

3.Mill roll stand : two holder can lift and lower indepently
4.Single facer :the diameter of the corrugating roll is 265-310mm the power is 11kw-17kw
5.double layer guiling machine :using the top and middle layer for gluing and the bottom for venveying the reel paper
6.Drying machine :the total length of the machine is 10meters and it is made of 14 pieces of heater plate. Pneumatic strain device and conveyor belt separate automatical once the power cut
7.Definite form part: the whole length is 6 meters and it is consist of molded axle
8.Slitting machine: there are thick knife and common knife for chosening . High degree automation and easy operation .
9.Transverse cutting machine :there are four matching mode which are computerized and mechnical single-double knife for client to choose
10.The coal consumption for the boiler is 120 kgs/h
1. Hydraulic Roll Stand
Applicable paper roll: Max weight: 1.5T (one arm), max size 1.8m (breadth)×1.5m (diameter), min size 0.6m (breadth);electrical rise and fall, clamping, and releasing, alignment to left and right direction; capable of holding 2 rolls of paper at one time, roll reloading without machine stop. Adjust the damp of tip cone by air cylinders.

2. Absorb single facer
Detailed instruction
1, Adopt absorb type structure plus high pressure powerful fan, air sucking with noise reduction device; air source and electric appliance control concentrated in one operate cabinet. Operating side mask all sealing structure.
2, 90mm Motor pedestal and wallboard adopt ash cast iron, thickness of wallboards 90mm.
3, Main corrugated roller diameter:237mm, upper corrugated roller adopt 45#steel, processed by medium frequency hardening and burnished laser hardening then plated hard chrome, surface hardness above HRC 45 degrees.
4, Pressure roller diameter 240mm, adopt medium carbon steel 45#, surface burnished then plated hard chrome.
5, Gluing wallboard adopt slider type structure, pneumatic control giving glue, gluing roller diameter 215mm, surface burnished curved 25 lines U rebwebbing prossed by hard chrome plating, friction roller surface burnished and plated hard chrome
6, Preheating roller adopt no gap steel pipe diameter 203mm.
7, Corrugated roller, pressure roller material provided by Chinese Special Steel, forcing cylinder diameter 140mm.
8, Up and down corrugated roller and pressure roller both adopted Harbin thermostability bearings, all the outer ball surface bearings adopted TR produced in Dongguan.
9, Total Power: 13KW.
3. Twice gluer

1, Gluing roller surface curved 25line pit cobwebbing, hard chrome processed, gluing equality and durable.
2, Functioning roller surface processed by hard chrome
3, The rest of guide paper roller plated hard chrome.
4, Pressing roller adopt pneumatic up and down, operating conveniently and flexible.
5, Manual adjust srape gap.
6, Gluing roller 216mm, scrape roller 110mm,paper pressing roller 110mm, preheat roller 270mm and 320mm
4. Bridge Conveyor
Particular instruction:
1, This part is main beam combined by 10#U steel,10# joist steel, 63# angle steel and vertical shaft.
2, Two sides have security fence, ladder(made by8# small U steel),high strength zig-zag pedal, ensure security of workers and operate convenience.
3, Surface of pulling shaft, tensioner shafet and transmission shaft grindly processed by hard chrome plating.
4, Vacuum absorb tension control, tube 5 inches, plus adjustment valve, blowing rate adjustable.
5, Motor-driven deviation rectify device one set, motor power: 0.25KW, absorb fan power: 2.2KW.
6, Deviation rectify baffle adopt double guide posts location, kad-screw driven, fast and accurate location, move smoothly.
7, Speed propotion selected properly, corrugated paper stacked tidy.

6. MSS Thin blade slitter & scorer
The machine is featured with thin cut and auto blade sharpening; cutting and line pressing movement is driven by motor; its speed is under auto monitoring; equipped with 4 blades and 6 lines; cut specifications and line distance is manually adjustable; alignment of whole machine electrically; press axel and wheels are plated with hardened chromium.
