Coonda Precision Gear now has a factory covering an area of 10 thousand square meters. The machines inside the factory includes three gear profile grinder(Niles ZE 800, ZP12 and ZP24), one CNC gear shaper, one CNC Roll grinder, four vertical Vertical Gear Hobber(max. Working capacity ranges from 2000mm to 8000mm), on horizontal Gear Hobber(max. Working dia.: 1000mm), two big vertical lathe( one′s max. Working dia.: 2000mm, the other one′s is 8000mm), one herringbone gear miller, one single arm miller, three horizontal lathes, one Skoda foor-type boring miller, etc.
Coonda Precision Gear intends to invest RMB 600 million to buy a piece of land covering an area of more than 40 acres in Guangwu coutnty, Xingyang city, Henan province and at the mean time, import 50 different kinds of machines among which including CNC gear profile grinders, high speed Vertical Gear Hobbers, CNC machining centers, gear testing equipments, etc from foreign coutries. When this industrial park is built up, the main products of Coonda Precision Gear will includes different kinds of big gears, gear shafts, retarder, gear box and related complete equipment, etc. By then, the service network of Coonda Precision Gear will covers Zhengzhou city and extends to the whole Henan province and its neighbor provinces.
Coonda precision has been making great effort to recruit technical personnel. It has built its high quality precision gear( gear box) engineering technical center and applied for related patent in its inception. Coonda precision has developed a customer oriented workflow system which covers four taches, i. e.
