Our flexibility allows us to quickly adapt to the ever-changing schedule for many of our customers. How do you assure product quality?Our commitment to quality is exemplified through our ISO9001: 2015, RoHS, and UL. What type of payment do you accept?We offer T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal. How do I arrange WSS plant tours?WSS welcomes your visit, please contact us for more information. Can I get free sample?Yes, we encourage customers to order free sample of our products. However, we do not offer free shipping for samples. I have a concept for a molded product. How do I get started? First, we will meet with you or set up video meeting to go over your project in detail, reviewing your product concepts and quantity demanded to select the right materials. We then provide a price quote for the mold and for the injection molded parts. After your order is placed, we will create a CAD drawing and send it out for approval.
