Tyre Trolley (17 Axles)

This machine is fabricated to transport the pre-cast box beam from the casting yard to the rear of the launching gantry and feed the beams to the launching gantry.
The structure is monolithic, herringbone type, with wing beams connected with main beam that guarantees the maximum stability and safety along the different routing and during the steering operations. Three points isostatic balance system greatly ensures even force on the tyre trolley to avoid overload on deck and to keep the concrete box beam standing on one flute surface.

1.2 Main technical characteristics

17 axles for 900T capacity
Double effecting shock absorber mounted on wheel ensures that the main beam is under sufficient force, and this ensures that the trolley is balanced when accidents happen.
Self-aviation system is available.
Hydraulic break for balancing control when start and break.
The two rolling device can move forward to the under bridge of the launching gantry. When the box beam is lifted up, the rolling devices can move back to the main beam of the tyre trolley.
Supporting balance cylinder mounted on the two rolling devices in case of uneven load on concrete box beam.
