The vertical shaft multi-rope bottom-dump ore skip is the main hoisting conveyance for ore lifting, and the lumpiness of the ore is generally not more than 350mm. The skip bridle adopts bolted and welded hybrid structure. The head and tail rope attachment adopt the standard design, and the guide coulde be the steel guide or the rope guide.
The skip is composed of a bridle, a bucket, a gate device, a safety locking device, a guiding device, a protection roof and other components. Skip unloading adopts hydraulic straight rail unloading method and curved rail automatic unloading method.

XCMSE has equipped itself with excellent technology, complete process facilities and comprehensive detection methods. In 2005, to meet the demand of developing large hoisting conveyances, a new factory has been constructed in Xuzhou Industrial Park, which covers an area of 120, 000 square meters.
Included in the high-precision equipments and corrosion protection equipments are:
• CNC cutting machine,
• Large hydraulic CNC bending machine,
• Hydraulic shearing machine,
• Auto-welding machine,
• CNC boring & milling machining center,
• Large edge milling machine,
• Ball blasting,
• Arc spraying zinc.
Combining the exceptional skills and experience of our engineers, XCMSE has possessed the capability of manufacturing large hoisting conveyances.
