S13 Three-phase double winding non-excitation voltage regulating distribution transformer

S13 series three-phase three-dimensional triangular-rolled iron core transformer is based on the S11 three-phase planar arrayed winding core transformer. The arrangement of the iron core is more reasonable and the three-dimensional triangle combination is realized by the magnetic circuit analysis of the iron core. This arrangement makes the three-phase core magnetic circuit completely symmetrical, the magnetic resistance is greatly reduced, and the excitation current and the no-load loss are significantly reduced. It is a new energy-saving, material-saving, low-cost, high-performance coil core transformer with smaller noise and more compact structure.

1. Environmental conditions and installation sites: Altitude≤1000m, outdoor (Environment without corrosive gases and no obvious dirt)

Features
1. The Core structural type is formed of laminated structure, which is the traditional structure of domestic transformers as well as the leading type in the world. The manufacturetechnics is good.

2. The high voltage windings have enameled copper wire or flat wire, being a cylindrical structure. High voltage windings have a cylindrical, multi-layer structure, and the interlayer insulating is achieved by using high density and high purity insulating tape.

3. With high and low voltage wire twining around, the high voltage coil binds directly on the low voltage coil, and the outermost layer is covered with tighten belt. At both ends of the coils, a certain width of unidirectionalbinding tape is covered to enhance the mechanical strength of the coil,so as to improve its anti short-circuits capacity.

4. Low voltage winding has wrapped flat copper wire structure. During the low voltage winding process, due to the greater flexibility of the copper line near the arc,the taut copper wire should have sufficient tension to ensure the winding tight, and the copper line are beaten with a flat wooden matto reduce the radial deviation. After completing this process, the radial dimension is measured, and reshaping process will be followed for those exceeding radial deviation tolerance degrees, which will be pressed tightly by reshaping devices and supported by a wooden mold inside the winding, so as to prevent winding deformation during reshaping process to affect packaging.
