Black Butyl Sealant (CX-202)

CX-202 Butyl Sealant is made of single component, of which the main material is polyisobutene imported from Japan. Butyl rubber insulating glass, which is non-solvent and non-vulcanized, is the first-step sealant of insulating glass. The ductility and airproof should be kept within the wide range. The sealant surface is non-crackable, non-hardened. It also adhesivestrongly to glass and aluminum alloy.

Performance:
1. Appearance: Homogeneous black putty.
2. Odor: Odorless.
3. Denseness: Forever ductility.
4. Density: 1.10g/cm3 or less.
5. SuitableTemperature: -40° C+80° C, keep the surface and edges and corners non-cracking, non- drooped.
6. Extruding temperature: 130° C or so.
7. Viscosity of strength: 2.5 × 10-3mPa or more (Hard Aluminum / Hard Aluminum. )
8. Water Vapor Penetration Rate: 10g / m³ Or less.
9. Ultraviolet Radiation Resistance: Qualified

Use:
Mainly used for first-step sealing of insulating glass and glass curtain wall, fridge and ice tank etc.

Requirements:
CX-101 series of hot melt butyl sealant only can be used with special butyl rubber coating equipment. The temperature range is between 110-140 ° C
