The Wuhan Yahray Precision Rolls Manufacture Co., Ltd was set up at the turning point of two centuries. The main aim for its establishment is to make the quality of the First Core Roll of the Sendzenmer Rolls produced by the Silica Steel Works attached in the Wuhan Steel Stalk Corporation superior to the imported products of the same kind in quality, and replace the imported products.
The main technicians in our company to undertake task of the technical development and production manufacture are consisted of the members coming from the former Sendzenmer Roll Research Group of the Silica Steel Factory attached in the Wuhan Steel corporation. They have 20 years experience in the Research Development and Production manufacture for the Sendzenmer Series Rolls.
In Jun 1999, when our company prepared to set up, our company assumed the trial-manufacture work of the Silica Steel Works attached in the Wuhan Steel Stalk Corporation for the flan material, the technical frame establishment, the equipment improvement for the synergic factory, the design and manufacture for the new generation quencher and so on, at present our company already trial-produced the First Core Roll of the Sendzenmer Rolls with high quality and good performance successfully, and put it into production and probation.
Now our company already finished the research work for the Sendzenmer Roll series products. The quality of the Series Rolls produced by our company was already superior to the imported products of the same kind. Furthermore, the cost of them is far less than that of the imported products of the same kind.
