1. Application and Features
Model ZSB-18000 Steam Thermal Shrinking Oven is a set of auxiliary equipment for Model LB-18000 automatic shrinking film labeling machine applied to finish the thermal shrinking process, It employs thermal energy of the steam to shrink and stick the label on bottles' exterior in an even and consistent manner.

It is equipped with two steam pipes having small ports, through which the external steam is fed in and to which pipes are fitted.

3. Construction of the equipment
The equipment consists of case, steam box (nozzle and hose) and the base of fan (including butterfly control valve.

4. Working Principle
Bottles with labels rolling around are transferred to the inside of the case by belt conveyor. Along each side of the case is there a tilting steam pipe having some small holes. When bottles go through on the conveyor, the thermal energy of steam that vents out from the small holes on the pipes consistently shrinks the labels attached to exterior of the bottles.
