IVC-IL filter element dust collector is an advanced pulse dust collector for high-volume flue gas purification. It not only has the characteristics of strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration, but also has the characteristics of stability, reliability, low energy consumption and small floor area. It is especially suitable for treating high-volume flue gas and dust. IVC-IZ type combined filter element dust collector has been widely used abroad, and has been widely promoted in China. Its many advantages are gradually recognized by many users and widely welcomed. It has been used in steel-making electric furnace, abrasive smelting, calcium carbide furnace, blast furnace gas purification, coal powder preparation and pneumatic conveying, asphalt concrete production, carbon black, building materials, refractory, chemical industry, aluminium electrolysis, aluminium-zinc smelting and other fields.

Characteristics of pulse filter element dust collector system:

1. The filter cartridge uses polyester fiber as the filter material, and adheres a layer of ultra-thin fibers of sub-micron scale to the general filter material. The arrangement of fibers in the adhesion layer is very close. The very small sieve hole can block most sub-micron dust particles on the surface of the filter material.

2. The folding of filter material can increase the filtering area and make the structure of the dust collector more compact.

3. The height of filter cartridge is small and the workload of installation and maintenance is small.

4. Compared with the same volume dust collector, the filter area is relatively large, the filter wind speed is small, and the resistance is small.

5. Pulse spraying on-line dust removal mode is adopted for dust removal of dust collector. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller. Users can use time control to clean the ash according to their needs. A plurality of filter barrels are arranged in the dust collector to increase its effective filter area. When a filter barrel meets the requirements of dust cleaning setting, the injection device is started to clean the dust, and the other filter barrels work normally. This not only achieves the effect of dust cleaning, but also does not affect the operation of the equipment, so that the dust collector can run continuously.

6. Dust removal efficiency is high (generally up to 99.6%) and easy to operate.
