Stone Production Line

1)Stone and sand making production line is used to produce building sand, and building stone. The sand, produced by this line, is particle size equally, high compressive strength, which is more satisfied to use in building than natural sand.

This line included the following equipments: Vibarating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, and connected by belt conveyor into a line.

In this production line, crusher has a very important role; During the process of building roads, building, and building bridges, etc. It usually need a common production line, which can produce both sand and stone particial material. This production line can easily satisfy the need of producing both stone particle material and artificial sand.

2)The production process:

1. Stone particle material production line:
Stock bin_vibrating feeder_jaw crusher_impact crusher_vibrating screen_final stone material Those equipments are connected by belt conveyor.

2. Sand production line:
Stock bin_vibrating feeder_jaw crusher_impact crusher (optional) _sand making machine_vibrating screen_sand wahing machine_final sand material.
