Application
Speed-regulation glass reactors are mainly used for synthetic reaction, distillation, and concentration of different types of materials. Single wall, double walls and triple walls glass reactors are available. Negative pressure, constant pressure are allowed. Condenser helps to recover some materials distillated during reaction. Circulating liquid can be filled into the jacket to heat or cool materials inside. Triple walls glass reactor with two jackets, the inner jacket is for circulating liquid, and the outer layer should be pumped to vacuum condition for thermal insulation.

Advantages
1. High borosilicate glass has good physical and chemical properties.
2. Wide working temperature range: -80 degree centigrade to 200 degree centigrade.
3. It can work under constant pressure and negative pressure, its vacuum degree can reach to 0.095MPa.
4. The vessel can withstand the pressure range from -0.1MPa to 0MPa.
5. Teflon (PTFE) and FV rubber material cock or discharge valve, sealing together with PTFE covered O ring.
