Introduction

Company initially plans to enter into the medical health care field in order to introduce the best medical diagnostic services available throughout Yemen. Our future goal is to become one of the leading companies dedicated to serve its major governmental hospitals and private medical centers (Table 1).

This brief brochure is written therefore in order to inform and describe the services it offers.

Following is a list of the diagnostic medical services on offer by the MGM Company which has both the experience and capability to provide such services to the republic of Yemen.

A. Diagnostic Immunology Services.
Most of the immunology diagnostic tests available in the market will be distributed by our company including autoimmune diagnostic tests, allergy and hypersensitivity tests, Tumour markers, infectious immunology tests, Immunochemistry tests, HLA typing tests and immunophenotyping

B. Diagnostic Haematology
Most of the diagnostic materials for haematology tests will be distributed by our company including machine and material for CBC, coagulation profile, Hb1c and other tests that are needed for diagnosis of different types of leukaemias and lymphomas. Other diagnostic reagents needed for the diagnosis of malaria can also be provided.

C. Chemical pathology
Most of the kits, reagents, machines will be distributed by our company, in order to perform lipid profile, liver function tests, thyroid function tests, cardiac enzymes, total proteins, electrolytes, and blood sugar and blood gases. Drug monitoring reagent and machines will be one of our targets in this section.

D. Anatomical pathology reagents
Anatomical pathology reagents for immunohistchemistry will also be targeted for marketing, including all tissue tumor markers and immunohistochemistry markers for lymph nodes cellular differentiation (i. e CD markers).

E. Diagnostic Microbiology, molecular biology and Parasitology
In this section we will be ready to provide most of the materials and media that are needed for culture of bacteria and for testing antibiotic sensitivity. Other diagnostic tests that are needed for PCR methods to identify TB bacteria, CMV, HCV, and urine will be also provided. HBV will be available. All the material that is needed for complete analysis of stool

F. Distribution of all medical equipments
Distribution of all medical equipment and materials that are needed for X-rays including Ultrasound machines, CT scan, MRI, nuclear medicine and regular x-ray, will be provided.

G. Distribution of pharmaceutical products
In this section we will able to distribute some of the pharmaceutical products including products for cardiac patients, diabetic patients and patients with chronic renal disease.
