Product introduction
HG series mutual inductor/insulator curing oven is suitable for curing of the mutual inductor's epoxy resin and pre-heating (pre-drying) of coils and moulds.
This series can be designed as two or more units connected together to be compact and good-looking. It has excellent temperature uniformity and a unique hot air circulation mode, and can meet different curing requirements of mutual inductors.
Performance
1. A reasonable hot air circulation mode can be chosen according to the product placement, so as to achieve more uniform temperature in the oven and better curing (drying) effects.
2. It features advanced electrical control, intelligent program temperature controllers, PID parameter self-tuning, solid-state relay power regulation, easy operation and reliable performance. Any curing curve can be set according to different processes.
3. The low thermal conductivity, high-quality aluminum silicate wool insulation and unique insulation cotton filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing oven and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
4. The computer management software of multiple curing ovens can properly monitor and manage the practical application on site, so as to further achieve energy saving and improve production efficiency.
