Jilin He Yuan Biological Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jilin He Yuan Bioengineering) was established on December 16, 2005, with a registered capital of 111 million yuan and more than 300 employees. Jilin He Yuan Bioengineering is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and management of animal biological products and chemotherapeutic drugs. At present, there are 10 production lines and 30 approval numbers in animal vaccine production workshops that meet the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People′s Republic of China. Products cover poultry, pigs, sheep, dogs, economic animals etc...

To further strengthen the research and development of new animal vaccines, Jilin Yuan He Yuan Biological Engineering (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Heyuan Bio-engineering, referred to as Yuan He Yuan Bio-engineering) was established in Changchun New District in November 2016. With a registered capital of RMB 60 million, our company has 120 employees, covers an area of 50, 000 m2 and with a total investment of 300 million yuan. There are production workshop, quality inspection center, R & D center, laboratory animal room, Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory (BLS-3), Biosafety Level 3 Animal Laboratory (abls-3) and comprehensive office building in line with the new GMP standard of the Ministry of agriculture.

Yuan He Yuan Bioengineering has a production workshop of the new GMP standard, including the bacterial gene engineering inactivated vaccine production line, the bacterial mycoplasma inactivated vaccine production line, the cytotoxic inactivated vaccine suspension production line, the cytotoxic live vaccine suspension production line, the cytotoxic live vaccine production line, the antibody production line, a total of six production lines. The production capacity is about 500 million doses of the new animal vaccine.

Jilin He Yuan Biological Engineering technology innovation research and development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HeYuan Innovation) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of He Yuan Bio-engineering, As a research and development center, it has 5 research centers -- virus vaccine research and development center, bacterial vaccine research and development center, parasite vaccine research and development center, microecologics research and development center, and diagnostic preparation research and development center. At present, there are 30 R & D personnel, including 5 doctors, 12 masters, other personnel are senior technical personnel, there are 15 visiting professor R & D team, strong R & D force, can be competent for various new animal vaccine research work.

Jilin Xin Tong Biological Engineering Quality Evaluation Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xin Tong Biotech) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heyuan Bioengineering. As a testing center for scientific evaluation of animal husbandry, there are 15 testing personnel with middle and senior professional titles. There are PCR testing rooms, physical and chemical laboratories, serological testing rooms, etc. The main instruments and equipment are fluorescent quantitative PCR, enzyme labelling instrument, gel imaging system, liquid chromatograph and so on. There are 40 sets. It has the ability to detect veterinary biological products, antibodies, nucleic acids, veterinary drugs, feed additives, drug additives and drug residues. At present, it has the conditions to provide third-party detection services.
