Brilliance Shineray Chongqing Automobile Co., Ltd. Is an automaker in China, with headquarters located in Chongqing and a manufacturing plant located in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, P. R. China. We were invested in by Brilliance Auto & East Shineray Holdings Co., Ltd. Our plant, with an annual production capacity of 210, 000 units and CNY 1.5 billion investment, has been awarded ISO9001 & ISO/TS16949 Certificates to ensure vehicle quality to meet international standards. Our plant occupies more than 800, 000 square meters and is equipped with first-class facilities for pressing, welding, painting and assembling.
"SHINERAY" is acknowledged as one of Chinese famous trademarks. At present, the number of Shineray employees is more than 3, 000. Owning an independent system in automotive R&D, manufacture, sale and service, Shineray mainly produces mini-size commercial vehicles and 800-1300cc gasoline engine series. All newly produced Shineray automobiles meet China III Emission Standard (equivalent to Euro III) and some reach China IV (equivalent to Euro IV) Emission Standard, and have been certified with China Compulsory Certification. In 2010, Shineray will invest CNY 0.5 billion in constructing a new plant with an annual production capacity of 150, 000 units and a land area of 450, 000 square meters in Mianyang.
In 2005, Shineray officially entered automotive industry resulting from our Passenger Van was born in Japan. After 3 years′ elaborate preparation, first Shineray car came off the production line on 23rd, October, 2008. At the end of 2010, Shineray will build more than 1, 000 sales and service outlets in China and export Passenger Vans and Cargo Vans to over 20 countries and regions.
For a solid foundation in future, Shineray will speed up the R&D, and sales volume will achieve 150, 000 units in 2011. We focus on international markets in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Shineray, carrying forward the historical mission of "Enriching Men′s Experience in Driving and Living", will rank among the world leading automakers.
