The parent company-Haiyang Company Limited, founded in 1993, is regarded as "the pioneer and leader of China bait industry" that specialized in the production of fishing tackle. The Group company that founded in 2007, consists of some subsidiaries, including Hubei Loonva Fishing Tackle Group Company Limited, Hubei E-King Tackle Company Limited, Hubei Nine-headed Baits Company Limited and Hubei Ailoon Hi-Tech Carbon Product Company Limited.
