As one of the largest manufacturers for seamless steel pipe, Shandong Zhongye Petroleum Machinery., Ltd covers about 200, 000 square meters with a total asset of 780 million RMB. The company has 2production lines with adequate production equipments. Our lab are equipped with hydrostatic test machine, eddy current flaw detectors, leakage fault detection and ultrasonic crack detectors etc., can conduct various physical and chemical tests for steel pipe and be capable to meet various standard test and inspection requirement for steel pipes.
We can product the seamless steel pipe from OD1" to OD20" thickness SCH30 to SCH160 and so on, according to the standard such as GB, ASTM, API5L, API5CT, DIN and JIS, and the products main use for structure, boiler, ships, fluid conveyance, and petroleum casing pipe and line pipe and so on. Most of our products are exported to Turkey, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa market.
