We bring in the most advanced 6 double row of continuous type (pressure quenching) carburizing automatic lines which can process kinds of high-precision cementite of gear. There are 14 gear-production lines, including 4 Gleason lines and 2 Oerlikon lines, 12 large and medium-sized die forging lines and 18 sets of metal-cutting equipped, 6 D46A630\800\1000\1250 cross wedge rolling axial spare lines. We are equipped with advanced testing equipment such as gear monitoring center, quenching machine, hexagon three-coordinate measuring system, metalloscope, magnetic defect detector, spectrum analyzer, and so forth.
