Falate Foundry covers an area of over 40, 000 square meters with considerable capacity of CAE design, mold manufacturing, silica sol investment casting, silica sol and water glass composite casting, sand casting, CNC machining, out furnace refining, spectrum detection and nondestructive testing.

We have sophisticated technologies of Dual-phase Stainless Steel casting. We have multiple production lines, including sand casting, silica sol investment casting, and water glass precision casting of 0.25T/0.5T/0.75T/1.0T/2.0T/6T with high speed energy saving melting furnace, gas car bottom heat treatment furnace production equipment and others; In addition, our mechanical processing line equips more than 30 sets of various kinds of mechanical processing products including 3.5-meter vertical lathes, C516 Vertical Lathes, 6 m longmen planers, T (X) 611C/13 boring machine, Z3050 Radial drilling machine, automatic welding machine, milling machine, drilling and other machining equipment. We can produce various types of mechanical processing products specific to feed our customers′ needs.

In addition to the use of advanced computer simulation analysis software for casting technical design, Falate Foundry equips various high technical devices and machines to ensure quality, including radiographic inspection machine, magnetic detection machine, ultrasonic testing machine, dye penetrate inspection machine and universal material testing machine, the impact testing machine, ultra low carbon and sulfur analyzer, Rockwell hardness tester, portable hardness tester, metallographic microscope and other material propertory analysis and testing equipments. The latest addition of German Spectromaxx direct reading spectrometer provides double insurance to the stability of the product quality.

Falate has successfully passed ISO9001: 2008 International quality management system certification and "TSG_Z0004-2007 quality assurance system qualification on special equipment manufacturing, installation, renovation, and maintenance.
