Ltd was established in August, 2011 with a register capital of 120 million RMB, reorganized by Beijing Institute of Space Launch Technology of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and relative departments of Beijing Long March Tian Min Hi-tech Co. Ltd. It served as the military-to-civil base for projects in new energy vehicle and special vehicle of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, as well as a professional R&D center and operation platform for applied industries on space technology of Beijing Institute of Space Launch Technology.
The company is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), covering an area of 70 thousand square meters with 465 employees.
