Beijing JTM International Food Company Limited (Hereinafter refer to as JTM) is a modern joint-stock food production enterprise which located in Beijing Yanqi Industrial Development Zone. Founded in 1992, JTM covers a land area of 13, 334 square meters and a construction area of 10, 000 square meters. Its gross investment is RMB 99.8 million. The output of JTM has doubled in 2006 and it has added rice noodle production in 2008. Its annual production capacity is up to 1 million shares currently. At present JTM has 258 employees and 35 percent of them are graduates with education of junior college or above and professional and technical personnel of various areas. JTM has set seven departments and one marketing company.

JTM is the first shelf fresh noodle manufacturer in China. It has introduced the modern automatic assembly line production equipment and advanced technology from Japan for the production and sales of the new noodle products_shelf fresh noodle series. Under the brand of "Ida′s Noodle House", the products of JTM are divided into five categories: Wheat noodles, such as ramen, udon; Rice noodles, such as Guoqiao rice noodles, wet rice noodles (Hefen); Mixed cereal noodles, such as corn noodles, buckwheat noodles, soy bean noodles; Flavored noodles, such as sesame noodles, chilli noodles; Functional noodles (or: Nutritional noodles), such as Ve noodles, lecithin noodles. The products of JTM is nutritious and healthy with the qualities of non-fried, cook-enduring, smooth and pleasant to eat, easy to cook and is the favorite choice of people who advocating green and health life. The products of JTM are free from preservative and artificial color and have a shelf life of 12 months in ambient temperature. Its technology has obtained the national patent with patent number of 99105420.2.

JTM has set up new production line of microwave paper box in 2006. This technology had got three national patents. The microwave noodles can be heated in microwave ovens and the printing ink on the microwave paper box will not fade and the paper box will not open as well as oil will not leak. The products have a good market in Europe and America.

JTM has awarded the certification of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System in 2000. In 2003, it has passed the authorization HACCP Food Safety Control System in 2003. In the same year, JTM registered FDA (the U. S. Food and Drug Administration). It has awarded the Certification of BRC (British Retail Consortium) in 2008 and passed the authorization of HALAL two years later. The products of JTM are exported to countries and regions such as U. S, U. K, Canada, Australia, Russia, Hong Kong of China and are well appreciated by customers.
