LAGOO have its own silicone factory, injection factory (include mould-making workshop), leather factory (cut & sew and heat-press workshops) as well as packing & assembly factory. We have 2 sets of CNC machines, 4 sets of EDM machines, 5 sets of wire-cut machines, 8 sets of milling machines, 3 sets of grinding machines and 25 sets of injection machines etc.
From the very beginning, LAGOO has endeavored herself to be more than just a manufacture but also as a leader & player in developing new cases. With more than 15 experienced engineers in our R&D dept., such as mechanical designer, industrial designer, project engineer and sample-developing engineer. Our team is always developing new materials & technology and we will introduce 2-3 new products every month. Focus on providing fashionable designs, our designers will present new ideas and renderings to customers from time to time.
Carrying out strictly of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, LAGOO are always pursuit of excellent quality standards. All of our products are with REACH and RoHS certificate which have been exporting to US & EU market for many years. To ensure quality, our QC team will carry out strict inspection at each stage: Incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), final quality control (FQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC).
