Hangzhou HolyCore Composite Material Co., Ltd was founded in 2012 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wazam New Material(stock code: 603186), with a total investment of over 20 million US dollars.
Company locates in China′s most dynamic Yangtze River delta region - Hangzhou, a rapidly growing city close to China′s economic center. The whole plant covers an area of more than 50, 000 square meters, with 12 honeycomb core production lines, 2 thermoplastic sandwich panels production lines, 2 roller painting lines, 7 CNC engraving machines and one truck body assembly workshop.
In order to produce new composite material of high quality, we introduced German′s technologies and equipments. Then, we set our own testing and R&D center, and our R&D personnel occup over 40% of all the employees of the company. Currently we are also engaged in the collaborative R&D with Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Zhejiang University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Hangzhou HolyCore is mainly engaged in the development and manufacturing of composite sandwich panels and our products have got ISO9001: 2015 and IATF16949: 2016 certification by Quality System Authorities.
Our products mainly include PP honeycomb Holycore, Thermoplastic Sandwich Panels and Thermosetting FRP Composite Panels, and Truck Body. Compared with traditional materials, our new composite material panels have these remarkable advantages like light-weight, high compressive strength, environmentally friendly, waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion resistant, which can replace traditional materials in the areas such as bus floor, van body, leisure use, house furnishing, logistics, etc.
At present, the largest market for our products is on dry freight truck bodies and refrigerated truck bodies. In addition, there are many customers using our panels for other applications such as scaffolding platforms, concrete formworks, enclosed trailers, moving storage containers, flight boxes, car trunk covers, mobile buildings, yachts, caravans, semi-trailers and different CKD knits. Meanwhile, we don′t just provide products, we also provide the application solutions based on customers′ needs, we are looking for business partners worldwide to promote the application of these innovative honeycomb materials.
Until now, our products have been sold to overseas markets in Europe, Australia, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We have established many distributors in these areas and built good cooperation relations with Yutong Bus, Geely Automobile, Benz, Volve, Foton, Ford, BYD Auto, FedEx, Deppon logistics, China Post, etc.
