ROBO Magnetic has years of manufacturing experience in making neodymium magnets with different shapes, different coating, etc. We have complete production lines including raw material melting, crushing, powdering, pressing, sintering, machining, plating, quality-inspecting, etc.
Custom Magnets
Our in-house magnet manufacturing machine shop has slicing equipment, square grinding, multi-wire wire cutting machine, multi-purpose blunt magnetic machine, and high-precision chip-select machine. So we have capabilities for cutting, surface grinding, OD grinding, and ID grinding.
At present, ROBO Magnetic has Lead times for custom magnets depend upon the complexity of the work, the quantity required, raw material availability and shop load. But, we can complete custom orders within 4 to 5 weeks, and sometimes in as little as a fortnight.
Coating and Plating
ROBO Magnetic can supply coating for neodymium magnets. We offer gold, epoxy, nickel, stannum, and other coating types. Please contact us with your specifi C requirements.
