Hangzhou Huanyu Enterprise Co., Ltd is a large plush toy company. Established in the year of 1991, Huanyu is a joint venture which specializes in plush toys and incorporates the design, development, production and sales. Located in No 1 Dengcheng South RD Xindeng town Fuyang Zhejiang Province China, the company is adjacent to 320 State Road, 3 hours′ drive from Shanghai and Ningbo. The traffic is very convenient.
The register capital of the company is 3.5 million US dollars. The company covers 38000 square meters with 600 employees and more than 30 well trained QCs. The factory is well equipped and the number of machinery is more than 500, mainly 6 sets of stamping die machine, 2 sets of laser cutting machine, 300 sets of high-speed sewing machine, 1 set of carding machine, 6 sets of padding machine, 1 set of 200KW electric generator, 2 sets of needle detecting machine, and 1 set of Germany imported metal detecting machine. We also have a well equipped and automatic test room and the testing level meets the international standards.
Our company strictly implements standards of GB6675-2007, ASTM F963, EN71 and etc. We keep on improving ourselves and have obtained the certificate of ISO9001-2000, 3C and other export permits. We also accept third party inspection each year, such as ICTI, ETI, DISNEP, GSV and WALLMART and meanwhile we establish cooperative relationship with them.
Now we have self-owned brands, such as "Honey Kids" and our products cover plush toys, handicrafts, bedding, intelligent toys and etc.
