Hebei Tian Chuang Pipe Co., Ltd., wholly owned by Xin Fang Sheng Group, is specializing in manufacturing straight seam welded pipe, hot DIP galvanized pipe, spiral pipe, cold-formed steel. As one of the important construction project in Hebei Province, who is located in Handan city which is the historical and cultural city, the capital of the steel. It has superior geographic position, near to the No. 107 national highway, No. G4 and G22 highway, and it is the junction of Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi four provinces, so the transportation is extremely convenient.
Our company covers the area of 335, 000 square meters, with the investment of 916 million yuan. We operates from an ultra modern facility with top notch machines and advanced means of communication, guaranteeing the quality of the our products, such as THERMATOOL high frequency welding machine imported from USA, eddy current flaw detector and so on. The annual designed output of all kinds of pipes of our company is 1, 200, 000 tons for which including six (6) production lines of galvanized pipe and nine(9) production lines of welded pipe.
We take the lead in using the ERP system in welded pipe industry, to manage the producing, supplying, storage, selling together. Large scale and profession is always as our target of development, we obtained the International Quality Management System Certificate ISO9001: 2008 and are awarded level AAA by Hebei Branch, Agricultural Bank of China, meantime, be awarded " important construction project award" by Handan city, Hebei province. Our products are selling to all over the country and part of them are exported to some other countries. Now the "Tianyi" brand welded pipe and galvanized pipe of our company is successful accepted by the customers and qualified in China.
