50 engineers including software, electronic, Design.
Initiate project management, for running models with mature technology, it′s flexibly formed to different project team including different engineers to implement result-oriented concept.
As the nature for consumer electronics, to meet the dynamic demand, we have formed into different project teams esp. Engaged in new product and new technology study and follow-up. Besides heavy investment in tooling fabrication and new technology, which is up to 15% of total sales value annually, the engineer team is with both recognized education background and work experience but will be constantly sent to overseas to attend famous trade fairs and exhibitions, so to expose to the latest industry trend as well as closer to end markets.
