Zhongshan Tianmei Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Started manufacturing kitchen appliances in 2001, and we have owned 3 giant professional factories and 30 marketing subsidiaries both at home and abroad. Up to now, five modern production lines of gas & electrical stoves and range hoods have been respectively put into operation with the monthly capacity of up to 20, 000 sets, and each will become a reality with 100% on-time delivery in Tianmei.
Tianmei focuses on professionalism and pursues style-diversification which goes along with technological innovation and human-oriented philosophy. In 2005, Tianmei established two R&D Institutes concerning range hoods and gas stoves to meet different customers′ requests. Our after-sales service personnel are busy in collecting advanced inspirations from our global customers so that every global customer is guaranteed at least one fresh Tianmei kitchen appliance every month.
"Defect-free" concept works as the guideline for 30 Tianmei QC personnel. In 2003, a multifunctional testing center was founded to go through the strictest quality check even to a screw, thus ensuring every chain of production in conformity to ISO9001: 2000 standard. Almost all Tianmei items have obtained CE, GS, CB, SAA and RoHS certifications.
Affordability will never cease Tianmei′s core concerns. In 2008, Tianmei merged Vicky Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd and realized 100% self-reliance of components, thus drastically lowering the price and improving the quality.
