Shenzhen Shenzhou Cable Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhou" for short), founded in 2004, specializes in the production of copper-clad aluminum magnesium bare wires and tinned wires. Shenzhou was the first in China to be engaged in the R&D and application of copper-clad aluminum magnesium alloy wires (CCAM) in 2005, with a "Hi-tech Enterprise" certificate awarded by Shenzhen Municipal People′s Government. Headquartered in Block 1, Xintian Village Innovation Industrial Park, Guanlan Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Shenzhou has a plant area of 10, 000 square meters, 200 odd employees, 100 million yuan of asset, an annual output of 7, 000 tons, and an annual production value of 600 million yuan.
Based on a high starting point in corporate planning, Shenzhou adopts domestic advanced dual-frequency-control medium, small and miniature-sized drawbenches and continuous annealing/tinning machines. Shenzhou now boasts 19 production lines of pure copper and copper-clad aluminum magnesium alloy wires, with 130 odd sets of equipment. With a complete set of detecting instruments, labs and model repair chambers including elongation testers, resistivity testers, tensile strength testers, tension testers, pH value testers, conductivity testers, sugar degree testers, ultrasonic grinding machines, high-speed line polishing machines, high-power microscopes and R? O ion-removing ultrapure water devices for production technology and product quality control, Shenzhou provides a hardware guarantee for high-quality products.
