The maximum filtration area of Hengtai′s poly disc filter can reach more than 1000m2. For pulp thickening, the filter can increase pulp consistency from 1% to 10~15%, and one single filter is capable of processing 1500T pulp per day, which largely reduces fiber loss with water discharge. For white water recovery, the maximum white water processing capacity per hour reaches 3000m3, and the solid content in clear filtrate is lower than 100ppm, and that in super clear filtrate is lower than 50ppm. With this equipment, not only closed-loop water circulation is realized, but water consumption of each ton paper can be significantly reduced. Besides, fiber and filler recovered from white water can be reused, which will not degrade the quality of paper products. Thus, the cost per ton of paper is reduced.
