Zigong Zigao Valve Co., Ltd ( for short Zigao Valve) is located in Zigong, Sichuan Province---China′s largest ball valve reseach and production base. Zigao Valve was originated from a local collective enterprise which was changed to a private shareholding enterprise in 2003. In 2008, Zigao was completely restructured and created as Zigong Zigao Valve Co., Ltd located in Zigong National High-Tech Development Industrial Zone. Zigao totally covers 22000 square meters, its workshop totally covers about 12000 square meters, and it owns more than 180 staff, which depend on convenient transportation, advanced equipments, complete facilities and qualifications. Besids, Zigao has rich production experience, professional team including designers, managers, and sellers.
Zigao Valve is a domestic professional ball valve manufacturer. On the basis of introducing advanced foreign technology to digest, practice and improve, Zigao can produce various ball valves, gate valves, throttle&globe valves, low-temperature valves etc according to a variety of production standards. The pressure is from 150LB (16kg) to 2500LB ( 420kg) and the caliber is from 1/2" (DN 15mm) to 48" (DN120mm) with diversified operating manners.
Zigao Valve is professionally committed to gas pipeline, petroleum and petrochemical valve design, research, production and sales. It has 12 national patents related to ball valves and gate valves.
The Fully Welded Ball Valves (DN1000, PN5.0MPa) produced by Zigao have successfully applied to West-East Natural Gas Transmission---Tianjin branch gas line. At the same time, in 2013, Zigao became the Chinese nominated ball valve production base of Surgut Petroleum, which is the second largest petroleum company in Russia.
