The full name of crane truck is a kind of equipment that realizes the lifting, turning and lifting of goods through a hydraulic lifting and telescopic system. It is usually installed on a truck. It generally consists of a truck chassis, cargo compartment, power take-off, and crane. Truck chassis can be selected from Dongfeng, Jiefang, Shacman, Sinotruk, etc.

According to the type of crane, it is divided into straight arm type and folding arm type. According to the tonnage, it is divided into 2 tons, 3.2 tons, 5 tons, 6.3 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12 tons, 16 tons, 20 tons and so on.

Use high-strength steel plates to ensure product quality. The whole vehicle and crane are not only light in weight and have greater lifting capacity, but also have better lifting performance.

Through lightweight design, the vehicle has a large carrying capacity, reduces vehicle weight, reduces fuel consumption, saves fuel, improves transportation capacity, and has a higher annual investment recovery rate.

The key components of the truck-mounted crane hydraulic system all use imported hydraulic oil seals and multi-way valves to ensure stable performance, reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs, improve product quality, extend service life, and improve operational safety.

The truck-mounted crane can be operated left and right, and can rotate 360 degrees forward and 360 degrees forward, full rotation, with stable rotation speed, high efficiency and easy operation. It is produced with military quality, advanced technology, reliable quality and performance, long service life and fast working speed.

Multifunctional configuration and personalized customization to meet the work needs of different customers.

After modular and parameterized computer design, it can be matched with various lifting accessories and expand the operation functions. Configuration comes in many forms.

Homework Guide

Before starting work, check whether all operating devices are normal.Whether the wire rope complies with safety regulations, and whether the brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices are complete, sensitive and reliable. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with disease.

The elevation angle of the folding boom should not be less than 30 degrees, and the crane should try to avoid raising and lowering the boom when under load. It is strictly prohibited to change the joystick before the boom is raised and lowered securely.

Folding When lifting heavier objects, you should first lift the heavy object about 10 cm off the ground, check whether the crane's stability and brakes are flexible and effective, and continue working only after confirming that it is normal.

Things to note when operating a truck-mounted crane:
Understand the size of the lifted goods, find the distance from the center of the goods to the center of the crane column, and check the crane lifting capacity parameters based on the distance.

The lifting capacity (moment) of the crane is fixed, the larger the working radius of the crane. The lighter the cargo to be lifted, the smaller the working radius, and the heavier the cargo to be lifted. (Working radius refers to the horizontal distance from the moment center to the hook.)
Considering the lifting capacity of the crane and the bearing capacity of the chassis, the larger the girder, the better. If the crane is larger and the chassis is smaller, the girder will deform and break. The smaller the chassis, the smaller the power of the engine, which affects the lifting capacity of the crane. So when we consider 230mm girders, we choose a crane below 3 tons. When considering a 250mm girder, consider a crane below 6 tons. For 280mm girders, you can choose a crane below 8 tons. For chassis with eight wheels in the rear and four wheels in the front, cranes under 10 tons can be considered.
