Founded in 2016, TRIO Industry is a specialty manufacturer of umbrellas in Fujian, China and mainly carrying for beach umbrella and garden umbrella. There are more than 180 employees, with a monthly output of 120, 000 pieces. The production facility is equipped with hi-tech machinery, such as high speed sewing machines, computerized auto stitching machines, auto tube making machine, auto eyelet jointing and auto power coating machines. For internal making beach/garden umbrella frame, Trio has complete production line to produce step by step, from tube making, pole cutting, pole reducing, pole punching, ribs cutting, ribs punching, ribs assembling, pre-treatment and colorful powder coating, pole assembling, ribs assembling and pole/ribs assembling. For umbrella plastic parts, we have our own moulds, and make the injection outside for lower cost of plastic parts. We make all cartons by ourselves as well. All of these internal making are aiming to improve our product′s competitive advantage and better quality controlling as well.
