The "multi-tube and one-module" is that the tube of the non-stop diameter specification should only use a uniform set of modules to bend the shape of the tube, even if it accepts a curved radius, so that it is beneficial to eliminate the number of modules.

 

3. Proper bending radius value of hydraulic pipe bending machine
The thickness of the bending radius of the catheter determines the size of the resistance experienced by the catheter during bending. Generally speaking, the large diameter of the pipe diameter is small, and the wrinkles and slippage are prone to occur when bending. The bending quality is difficult to be wrapped, so that the R value of the pipe bending die is usually 23 times the diameter of the pipe.

4. Moderate bending rate of hydraulic pipe bending machine
The important influence of the bending forming rate on the forming quality is that the speed is too fast, which is easy to cause the flatness of the pipe bending department, the roundness is not required, and the pipe is pulled and broken; the rate is too slow, and the wrinkling of the pipe is easy to occur. The compacting block slips, and the large-diameter pipe is liable to form a depression of the curved portion of the conduit. For a large number of tests on these two hydraulic pipe benders, it is advisable to determine the bending rate of the pipe to be 20% - 40% of the maximum bending rate of the machine.

5. Hydraulic tube bender meets the core rod and its position
The mandrel plays an important role in the bending process to support the deformation of the inner wall of the conduit bending radius. Now the domestic pipe is bent on the machine tool. If the mandrel is used, the quality is difficult to guarantee. There are many kinds of mandrel situations, such as column mandrel, universal single, double, triple, and four ball head mandrel, oriented single, multi-ball head and so on. In addition, the position of the mandrel also has a positive effect on the bending of the catheter: in theory, its tangent should be flush with the tangent of the bending die, but a large number of tests prove that it is better 1~2mm in advance. The quality of the tube is more ambition. Of course, the amount of advance is too large, which will cause the appearance of the so-called "goose head" on the outer wall of the bending department.
