Semiconductor TEC temperature control platform and equipment Product introduction This series of "semiconductor temperature control platform and equipment" is a high-performance temperature control system designed on the basis of semiconductor refrigeration chip (thermoelectric refrigeration chip), which is characterized by high precision and stability, long life, small size, no noise, no wear, no vibration, no pollution, both refrigeration and heating, and is a real green product. This series of products have perfect PID control software and intelligent stepless temperature control, which can both heat and cool. It can be used to control laser devices, medical devices, semiconductor devices, infrared detectors, photomultiplier tubes, or any other place where temperature control is needed. This product adopts the latest modern power electronic devices and high-speed microprocessor (MPU) program control technology, as well as PWM modulation, bidirectional power supply and PID adjustment technology, and has excellent voltage and current output characteristics, no overshoot, backlash and surge when turning on and off the machine, and has over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and under-temperature protection circuits, as well as RS232 or RS485 remote control interfaces. Note: In order to obtain the best accuracy, linearity and stability, this product adopts standard NTC (thermistor) imported from Japan as the temperature sampling element.
