Pengda has already approved by ISO9000. We hold many patens in the manufacturing process of high purity alumina powder and zirconium oxide powder. Specifically, our advanced manufacturing process technique has been honored as one of the ten biggest inventions of Hebei Province. The products of high purity alumina powder and high purity zirconium oxide powder are recognized as the high-tech products by Hebei Province Government.
Pengda has a total capital of 80 million RMB. It has over 500 employees, including over 200 R&D engineers and technicians, and over 50 senior R&D fellows. We have first-class equipments for experiments and measurements. Through the long and continuous effort in research and development, we have made important progress in the manufacturing techniques of series of metal oxide powder, fluorescent powder, nanometer metal powder, and special type of metal powder for smearring.
Pengda has the largest production in producing high purity alumina powder in China. It produces over 3, 000 tons of high purity alumina powder and relevant series, and 300 tons of high purity stable-type zirconium oxide powder per year. Pengda is the biggest domestic supplier of fluorescent-powder-used alumina powder in China, due to its excellent quality and large scaled stability. Our products have been exported to Taiwan, Japan, Europe, and U. S., receiving high appreciation from the wide customers.
The second-term expansion project of Pengda is to be accomplished by October, 2006, resulting a high purity alumina total productivity as high as 5, 000 tons.
